We seek to build a strong sense of community among the LGBT students at Ross and expand our network of straight allies.

We aim to provide a comprehensive set of professional development resources to support the career interests of Ross OFB members.

Awareness:
We work to raise awareness among Ross faculty, staff and students of the issues facing LGBT individuals in the workplace and in society.
